My experience at this resort was a mix of highs and lows. While the grounds are stunning and the butler service was exceptional, they still have a lot of work to do when it comes to consistency in service and dining. The room was comfortable, but we experienced issues and dissatisfaction with the dining options during our stay. While it has fantastic potential, it's clear more attention is needed to meet expectations.

While the staff was friendly enough in person, getting timely assistance seemed to be a constant struggle, which was frustrating for the price we paid.
